Instructions For Using Glass Cleaning Agents

1. Mix glass cleaning agent and water in proportion to form a cleaning solution and place it in the cleaning tank for washing. Prepare with pure water for better cleaning effect.
2. Standard process flow: Ratio: (4% -8%), Heating: (55 ℃ -65 ℃).
For example: AK-161 solution 1/2/3/4 cleaning agent ultrasound → 4 sprays → 5/6/7 pure water ultrasound rinsing → 8 (slow pulling dehydration) → 9/10 drying.
Application scope: Glass cleaning agent is suitable for cleaning optical glass such as flat glass, mobile phone cover, resin lenses, optical lenses, etc. It is also suitable for cleaning glass after screen printing. It can effectively remove abrasives (such as ceria), grinding fluid, glass particles, or oily dirt after grinding glass or lenses, and does not contain substances prohibited by ROHS.
