What Cleaning Agents Are Needed For Exterior Wall Cleaning?

1. Neutral stone cleaner
A cleaning agent used for cleaning and maintaining various types of stones, suitable for various stone surfaces. The main components are anionic surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, brighteners, softeners, water-based, etc. According to the degree of surface dirt, this product can be diluted with water and directly used on the surface of stone.
2. Acid cleaner
Usually containing acidic compounds such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, or other organic acids, with an acidic concentration, this cleaning agent uses acid-base neutralization to clean items (except for those containing concentrated sulfuric acid). So theoretically, all alkaline stains or things with alkaline properties can be cleaned with acidic cleaning agents (such as stones, magnesite mines, outer layers of buildings, tea stains, coffee stains, etc.). Another characteristic of acidic cleaning agents is their ability to reduce oxides, making them suitable for rust removal, desalination, and cleaning of air conditioning evaporators and condensers.
3. Alkaline cleaner
Contains potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, or other alkalis, with a concentration of alkaline. In theory, it also utilizes its acid-base neutralization effect, so all acidic stains or substances can be neutralized with alkaline cleaning agents. Another characteristic of alkaline cleaning agents is that when mixed with oils, they can turn insoluble oils into semi water-soluble substances (mostly milky white). Therefore, the cleaning agents used for carburetors are all alkaline. Strong bases such as potassium hydroxide are more reactive and can therefore be used for wax removal. Alkaline cleaning agents have a wide range of applications, ranging from industrial oil decarbonization (such as heavy machinery oil decarbonization, hotel kitchen cleaning) to cleaning furniture, glass, floors, appliances, and more.
